"Best DMV experience ever! Went in to renew my drivers license here after going to 2 other locations this morning. Walked in- no line?! Showed my documents, took my photo and paid in under 5 mins. A Fast food driv-thru can’t even beat that! And the employee was nice, personable, and had a sense of humor."

"If you open until a certain time, then stay open until the time you post on your window and on your website. If you close 15 minutes earlier, then post the real time when you close somewhere. Don't have people rushing from work trying to make it to the office o time, then tell the customer once they arrive on time that you are closed. This is a bunch of whale dung at the bottom of the ocean."

"Visited on a Tuesday afternoon to renew my driver's license. I walked in and there was no line and three employees working the IDs. The employee that assisted me was so friendly and kind. I watched the other line for registration move swiftly as well. I was blown away by the positive DMV experience at this location. I will note that you just wait in line these days, no seating, no "take a number" etc. But the location appeared fully staffed and that's what gets customers in and out. Also, they had poster print outs on the wall of what paperwork you need to renew your ID and that's helpful to those who are not aware while waiting in line."

"I don’t know where other people were going to give such glowing reviews for the South Kingshighway office. I was in line 75 minutes. There are no numbers in the dispenser (why don’t they just remove it?) so why is it there? There are a few seats (and there’s a sign that seats are available for seniors) but what good is that when there’s no number? There was a lady in line with a large, metal oxygen tank, a couple on canes, another with a rollator. At least three people left the line. Avoid this place if you can."

"The first thing to be aware of is that there are two lines: one closer to the front door and one in the rear. The front line is for driver’s licenses and the back one for plates, title, etc. When I first entered I thought the place was packed and I’d come back another day. It turned out there was just a glut of people right inside the door. When I stepped around the glut, the cavernous room was mainly empty. They don’t assign numbers anymore, people just stand in line. One gent who needed to sit dragged a chair ever 10 feet or so. For a fair review, I timed it. I waited 20 minutes in line and when it was my turn needed 20 minutes of the clerk’s time. The clerk was kind and helpful."
