"This what the neighborhood looks like almost everyday, there so much trash flow all down the street, the dumpster get empty when they feel like it in this neighborhood. I walk out my home to mess pretty much everyday and it’s sad and tiring. nobody does anything and expect the neighbors to pick up others trash everyday. It’s just not making any sense anymore and it’s starting to get hot and trash smells can this get better for the people."

"I live in the city of st. louis and have not has trash pickup in the last month I have called the citizens service bureau,City Hall, the Alderman about this issue with no recoarse. If the city can not make the trash runs then they need to out source it to a private company. We pay taxes and pay for trash removal."

"Our bulk pick-up was missed due to heavy snow. I reported it to the CSB the following Monday and the bulk was picked up Tuesday morning. Excellent service from both CSB and the City of St. Louis Refuse Division. Thanks!"

"They are Non-existent or are abducted by aliens. My alley way can attest to that garbage overflowing/falling out all over and the smell! Can't even sit in your yard. But street cleaning day they are real good at why don't they instead do alley way cleaning day. I was generous with the 1 star believe me!!!!Would never recommend living in the city can't wait to get out of here. DISGUSTING PLACE"

"My experience has been horrible! I have had an enormous (24"x15"x12" deep) hole in my alley directly behind my parking pad for three weeks. The Street Dept. came out and put a cone in the hole and now cars swerve around it to avoid it. My car has all ready been scratched once - of course, no note was left. I am not asking that is be fixed, all I want is a plate covering it until they can get to it... No response for three weeks! PATHETIC!"
