"The customer service was great. My only issue is that they do not accept debit/credit cards. This is a great inconvenience to people who do not carry cash or checks. Every other city department accepts them why not the street department also. It may help the department be more efficient if they were accepted."
"River Des Peres - by far the worst Street in St louis. Every time it gets repaved, 10 more potholes are formed from not being repaved correctly. This is ridiculous and has been for as long as I can remember. The street division does terrible work. Don't understand why they even get paid!"
"The city worked quickly to help us fix the sewer lateral in the alley which caused our basement to flood. Thank you Eric W. for helping us. He had the expertise we needed in the dire situation. He expected it to take up to 3 weeks but had it done in 2 business days. He talked to us about different insurances we can look into for our home damage. Thank you!"
