"Really frustrated with my experience today at the office m. We arrived with a simple task to pay softball dues and was met with someone in the back coming out saying that there was a “disgruntled employee” about my fiancé taking a quick call outside. Context: A black man. We didn’t really appreciate that. I don’t see how taking a phone call briefly out in the front, is that big of a deal at a public/city funded entity."
"Carondelet park is lovely , a nice walk with pretty fountain. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are "Closed", even at the playground, and the drinking fountains are not functioning. Other issues I'll save for another day."
"The went through the Parks Department to book Willmore Park for a St. Jude fundraiser. They double booked me. They tried to rebook me, so I changed all of the plans, and then called a few hours later to inform they double booked me AGAIN! Then they offered to prop up a tent for me in Forest Park for the same charge. They were not willing to work on a proper solution whatsoever. Terrible people."
"City is sub-contracting company's to cut down trees which they then let lay all over the sidewalk and street. There has been one laying out here now for almost a week. People can not even park in front of there own homes. They have no regard for homeowners."
"I was told in April that someone would come to my house and review the half dead rotting tree in out front at the curb. I was told I would be given a written report of their findings. It is almost 3 months past that date and 4 months the promise. Since then a ten foot dead branch has snapped and fell on my car. Smaller branches continue to fall. There is a disease that is turning the trunk to greenish black and falling off in deep long chunks. What do I do to get someone to take care of this issue appropriately? I would give 0 stars if I could."
