"Lisa Mueller is arrogant .Very disrespectful woman that throws her weight around bc she's a "Divisional Leader for Officer Development" instead of a "Regional Executive""
"An awesome place to work. Everyone is GOD Fearing, faithful, and ready to serve the Lord and every community in need of help all over the world. I am blessed to be here. This is the organization that I have always dreamed of working for. The Holy Spirit is in this place."
"I attempted to reach out to SA for emergency assistance and nothing. You can't get a hold to anyone. And when someone does finally answer the phone they are rude, unprofessional, nasty. I called the main office and the switchboard operator that answered actually put me on hold to answer her CELLPHONE...really? Smh... As long as this agency has been in existence and as much money is being funneled through SA you would think they would be doing better and have a better quality of staff servicing the community."
"I will never donate to the Salvation Army again. Our family decided to donate this past Christmas to a needy family. We donated over $500 in gifts to a family of five. The gifts were all wrapped and delivered to the Hampton Ave facility. I was asked if I wanted tax receipts for our gifts and I said yes to please give me 4 --$125 receipts --one for each family that donated. We never received a receipt nor did we ever get a confirmation that our gifts were given to the family. I have sent 3 emails to Melissa Pashia and left her 2 voice mails. She responds to nothing. She is the AdoptaFamily Coordinator. ."
