"I was a little lost and needed help figuring out who to call. I had trouble hearing as the line cut out. I was rushed and cut off multiple times. When I mistakenly said the wrong number I received huffs and puffs. This is my first interaction and I feel deterred from visiting this location if I need help."

"I would give them -5 stars if I could. I intentionally had them take money out of my pay checks so my ex could not lie and say I did not pay her and thinking it would be less administrative work for myself also. Wrong, they constantly fall behind and I get notices in the mail and my credit score takes a hit. This service is worthless. Don't do it, you will end up being on the phone with them, less than helpful and wastes your day. You will end up having to send them extra money cause they can't schedule it correctly even though they think/say they do. I honestly don't see how this is legal. On top of it all you pay them an annual fee to make your life harder."

"I have been trying to contact my worker for months. Filed well over a year ago and have never spoken to her. They don't answer the phone or reply to messages left. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Ive literally called about 50 times this week alone and its only Wednesday. They obviously don't care about the caseloads they have. This is beyond disheartening. This place has been of absolutely no help aside from the lady who answers the main line that offered to mail me a complaint form. My next call is to Jefferson City...at this point I am well out of options."

"It doesn't matter what day you call, what time you call. The employees in this establishment are always arrogant, have attitudes, and you always feel as if you are bothering them. If they called my job, or came to my job and I acted in the same manner as them...I would be fired. You can't call for updates, or general information. They never have more than a dry answer for you, and please don't try to ask questions to get a better understanding of what they are saying to you. That's when the "get off my phone" voice kick in. I wish I didn't have to file cs against my estranged husband, but I do. The last thing I need is to feel like I bothering YOU at your work place. I could go on with what I have dealt with, but it is of no consequence, or use. Feeling really agitated and angry."
