"Transport hub has no TVM; bit daft."
"There is no security! People who CHOOSE to be homeless hang out here smoking, drinking, sleeping and doing drugs. They throw trash and food everywhere attracting bugs. No one is comfortable with these people. They beg, are belligerent, approach women by themselves. A guy followed me from here and was stalking me. In the afternoon. It was very scary, by the grace of God I am lucky I got away. They take over the shelters. There is no where for the paying passengers to sit. I am disabled. I need to sit down. I see other women, families, and even men just leave because of this situation. And they miss their buses. We NEED ONSITE SECURITY!!! Security that actually makes these people leave. Security that actually stands IN the center, not hiding in their truck in the next parking lot. If they would stand there and BE A PRESENCE, that would be a deterrent. Those people would get discouraged and have to go somewhere else."
"Happy to have this connection nearby. Drivers are typically friendly and helpful. Bus stop is usually safe."
"Alcoholics, drug addicts & homeless people hang out here. Very uncomfortable wait for buses."
"It helps me to connect from Kingshighway to Hampton. There are heaters, but they are automatically controlled, so you can't turn them on when you need them like the Metrolink. There is a Schnucks, Walgreens, CVS, McDonalds, a couple of banks. There are no bathrooms for riders. If you need to use one, I suggest going to Schnucks, Walgreens, or McDonald's. There are security issues here. Men hang out here and drink and can take over the shelters, urinate. You need to be careful here at night. Sometimes there are dangerous people here. I stay at Schnucks or Walgreens until my bus is scheduled to leave. Metro has been informed, even by Schnucks-- they won't do anything. They make excuses. We need security here."
