"Easily the worst post office experience I’ve ever had. I understand being close to closing time but to be rude and raise your voice at customers is unacceptable to me. Wish I had caught the woman’s name."
"This is a review for mail carrier Eric Ramirez. Eric took over for our regular mail carrier who went on maternity leave. We had a problem receiving some mail and he went out of his way to find out what the problem was even after working many hours. He's a valued employee and his positive attitude and friendliness was a pleasure and a rare commodity today."
"They're always late opening, even though 9AM is the exact opening time. Possibly, it's not good enough for the employees to be prompt. Maybe they need to find a lower paying job and maybe they will dole out some respectable service.smh. And why are they always angry?"
"I set up a subscription through amazon. Had I known it would be delivered through USPS, I would have never signed up. First month of the subscription, delivery is shipped and then I get one of those "delivery attempted" slips that said my 40lb package couldn't be delivered because it was "too heavy." Seriously? I was able to request a re-delivery and it came next day, no issue. The very next month, I get another delivery attempted slip. No reason, just said he couldn't be delivered. This time, when I try to request re-delivery, the option is unavailable when I scan the bar code. Manually enter the shipping number, my item is not available for tracking. I am unable to get to the post office during the hours they are open. Twice, I've tried to order stamps online to be delivered and they never showed up. Tried to contact the USPS and when I finally got a response, they were incredibly rude and defensive. Like it was my fault that I didn't get the stamps. Suggested I go check my neighbors mailboxes for the missing stamps. Sure, I'll go snooping through other people's mailboxes for my missing stamps. Not illegal at all. It's getting harder and harder to advocate for the USPS not being privatized or replaced when they don't even try to do their jobs well."
"The employee working all the way to the right side of the 4 stations is always so delightful and pleasant to work with. I'm sad but I'm happy for her that she's going to need to take maternity leave soon, good luck ma'am, God bless your delivery experience and please come back to work when you can"
