"All public transit sucks. Unless you're used to it. The loop is a cool place to hang out tho. Wash U people, county, city folk, a slice of America!"
"I was there around 12noon on a Tuesday... It was safer than I thought it would be, St. Louis County Police was parked up there patrolling, also there was a security guard who was at the top of the steps checking tickets. Overall, I felt safe which is important to me while on public transportation."
"dangerous! Guards on the metro link handicap ramp, 3 in a group talking to each other. no Guard on westbound side. drug dealer selling drugs at the bus stop! take photos and post them here!"
"I am physically disabled and I avoid this station like the plague because there's no elevator. I can understand why they might think that it's not necessary, and they do have ramps, but this location is a challenge."
"It's hard taking young children to experience riding public transportation because now days there's a lack of public restrooms (very few to none). We approached security and was granted the use of the restroom for my 5-year old granddaughter whom was jumping up & down trying not to have an accident. I appreciate & thank the young man on security duty that evening, he saved us from what may have been a most embarrassing moment for us❤"
