"My mom’s funeral was October 17,2022 Amazing people, Very satisfied no complaints from the receptionist Ms Lisa, the driver, the men who directed our services, Diamond and Zakee! These people showed us nothing but respect and made sure my mother got put away right! My biggest complaint was literally lipstick lol and diamond fixed it right away. We even requested the carpet be cleaned and it was done. Very reasonable They don’t charge extra for things that should be included they even gave us extra stuff we didn’t know we was getting. Every thing professional and to the T. I highly recommend this place worth every penny in fact their service is worth more. Definitely will be my place of referral and I will be sure to Contact Cotten-branch if I am ever in this situation again. Keep it going Diamond and Zakee!"
