"Soooo slow now. Be prepared to wait 2-4 hours to be connected for the phone interview. Ridiculously unprofessional and uncaring staff. After the initial 4 hour wait interview, they will make you come back again to do the same, because I take workers didn't bother to add it to your file. Worse time to be poor, the government spent all tax money - cut our benefits and staff, hire based on inclusion not experience. Most of the workers there were confused and plain rude."

"The ladies in the office are very friendly every time I come in they have helped me with whatever I've needed and whatever problems I've come across. I prefer coming in here rather than calling. The earlier you show up the better off you are to beat the crowd of people who come in."

"The employee called my phone from her desk and tried to conduct interview. I said wait why can’t I speak to someone face to face? She then said I could come in to Speak to her. Lazy employees. Long lines. Weird stuff like calling your phone instead of ushering you in for interview. Being on hard times shouldn’t mean mistreatment. Something needs to be done."

"No one answers the phones , the Wait is over 2 months for a phone call back for help with case!! When you come in the office for appointment employees are sitting around for hours playing on their phones and they tell you to just wait for a phone call which might come or might not but you will definitely be waiting way past your in person appointment time just to get a phone call!! What a joke of a place tax dollars being wasted!!!"
