"It is getting totally out of hand with buses being late and sometimes just not showing up at all! I get the fact that Bistate Metro, as a corporate entity, has zero care or concern for its customers who are losing jobs in an economy where they are already struggling. We've proven that on multiple occasions. I myself lost two jobs because I was so late they had to have other employees cover for me. There are only a few drivers left that still have respect for other people and care about the community as a whole nowadays in 2024. Still, there are no restrooms here. No shelter areas to get out of the cold, heat, or rain. It's just a bus/train stop/ park and ride with nothing more to it."
