"Was an awful experience. We hired this company to make a memorial stone. The man who helped us select it was very nice. He seems like an OK guy. They provided us a proof and got to work once we gave them a check a few months later the stone was installed, and it did not match the proof. by email, they agreed to fix and make correct but never did. Phone calls emails and even a visit in person was not able to remedy my issue. And when attempting to explain to the older, more reasonable brother, the younger brother had the need to interrupt me and essentially tell me he didn’t need my business. Maybe other people have had a good experience here but when it goes wrong, it goes really wrong and they do nothing to fix it."

"We have shopped at Monuments of Saint Louis in Affton, MIssouri many time and have not been disappointed. They have a huge inventory of concrete status’s. They also carry fountains! They do beautiful marble and engraving for signs and memorials. Pro tip: if you are purchasing a concrete statue head to their marble “bone yard “ for a suitable piece of leftover marble to put under your statue in the garden. It will stabilize and help keep everything level."
