"The practice was very thorough and the staff was wondering, except for Dr. Frankel. He was very rude and arrogant, I didn't like that he wouldnt listen, he would ask you question and would cut you off and keep reasking the question because it wasn't what he wanted to hear. I felt belittled by him and didn't like how he talked down on his staff. I will go back as long as I get to see someone else."
"Call to make a follow up appointment, rings and rings, they finally answer, then transfers me to Ophthalmology which rings once and then disconnects me. I call back and get an answer and they say they are transferring me to Ophthalmology appt desk, it goes to a voicemail. So I hang up and call back and they disconnect me again. I call back a fourth time, when I explain, in an obviously frustrated tone, that I've been trying to call 4 times now and keep getting disconnected, THAT person is completely apathetic to my ordeal and is amazingly RUDE and unprofessional. So I call back to ask for a supervisor to complain about the TERRIBLE service and attitudes. I speak to someone who identified herself as a hospital admin but I have doubts that this person could hold a position like that because she was the worst one out of any person I spoke to. Completely RUDE, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I wouldn't set foot in that hospital again if they paid me. The service during the initial appointment was poor also. The appt was at 2pm. We went back to the room at 1:50 but after the initial hello from the doctor/intern, we sat alone for 30 minutes then another 40 minutes after they put the numbing cream on when they said they'd be back in 10 minutes. They only came in the room when I opened the door to check to see if they had forgotten about us. 1 hour and 40 minutes waited in the room to get a Botox injection that took 15 minutes last time."

"They should put some signs up directing people to the nearest elevator... you could be close than you think when you park in the massive garage..3 stars is all I can give this. And the only reason you got those was because you had dedicated handicap's parking"
