"I see people saying the low starts are hurting our own people, but they could hire someone to just answer the phone or to review the instruction print out that’s sent with the orders because it contradicts what’s on the package and the site. I did have a longer wait than expected. I ordered on May 28 with the expectation to wait 4-6 weeks. While waiting I sent an email to ask a few questions for clarity on the diet. I got half a response back and was told to call. I called and the vm box was full. I emailed and told them that I tried calling. I was then asked for my number. I sent my number but no one ever called. A few days later I called again and the phone rang…and rang…and rang, then finally an answer! The background was noisy so it was hard to hear, he answered my first question and in the middle of him answering my second question, the call dropped. I immediately called back to which I instantly got the vm. I tried again, but ended up leaving a message. A few days went by and after leaving the gym I see I have a missed call from an unknown number. A lady was returning my call and said she’d try me again later. Cool! Nope she didn’t call and I just gave up. It took about 3 weeks longer than the expected 4-6 weeks, so about 9 total. There was a print out of some detailed instructions, but as I’ve gotten about a week into the program I am noticing inconsistent information with the packaging and the website as well as the food list and the website. They make a point of saying results will vary if you don’t follow the diet exactly, but I don’t know which instructions to follow and I don’t feel confident that calling/emailing will get me any answers."
"I placed an order on May 1, 2024. It's June 17th and still have not received my order. I spent $200 on products from this company and they have not even communicated via email or phone. I've called and left several voice messages and sent an email. No response whatsoever. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and prompt order fulfillment. I was being patient up until now. I have tried to give benefit of doubt, but there's absolutely no reason to now. I actually wanted the products but I guess I can just go directly and order from Dr. Sebi's website as I have found similar herbal products he offers for anyone looking for alternatives. I assume I have to dispute this purchase through PayPal, but I was really looking forward to giving Yahki a shot."

I LOVE the products but other aspects of the business need to be addressed. As I read through the comments, I appreciate the acknowledgment from the team of the challenges you all are facing in customers reaching your team and your assurance of ongoing efforts to enhance communication channels, customer support and distribution processes. However, it is disheartening to note that despite these reassurances being reiterated for the past year or so, there seems to be little to no visible improvement in these areas. As a loyal customer for the last 3-4 years with my latest purchase on 3/12/24 (to which the order still has not processed-8 weeks and counting), I have encountered these persisting issues firsthand each and every time that I have purchased from you. I strongly urge your team to prioritize concrete actions over repetitive apologizes and promises. It is essential for businesses to demonstrate a genuine commitment to addressing customer concerns and enhancing their overall experience. Without meaningful changes and enhancements, mere words of intent may and will fall short in retaining customer trust and loyalty. And I am sincerely at this point. I am a very patient person but when I spend over $6K in products over 3-4 year span from your establishment and all you offer are apologize, it just doesn’t cut it anymore for me. How about offering a discount on next purchase to unhappy customers? Is the company doing that bad that you don’t, won’t or even consider 10, 15, 20% off next purchase? Or how about just fixing the problem. No more excuses. Again, its been 3 years and the problems still exist. At his point, I blame leadership. I am a business owner, so I speak from experience. By developing a scalable growth strategy, leadership can ensure that the business can handle increased demand without compromising on communication, customer support or even distribution. This may involve investing in technology, streamlining processes, and planning for future growth proactively. But something needs to be done sooner than later. I sincerely hope that my feedback can serve as a catalyst for your organization to proactively implement the necessary changes and improvements to deliver on the promises of enhanced communication, customer support and distribution processes. Consistent follow-through on these commitments is paramount in fostering positive customer relationships and driving sustained business success. "I ordered toothpaste powder about a month ago and the only reason why I received it late was due to USPS dropping it off at the wrong address and the home owner brought to to me. May he be blessed. As to the reviews on here after looking at them, I was suspecting to find one's that claimed his information was disingenuous more than anything or something about the products not working. I'm so glad to be wrong about that. The most common complaints I've seen however were to about shipping issues. Understandable, but scammers aren't likely to respond to you if they already received your money. They often simply move on. All of the reviews I've seen that were 1 star had a response to them. So I wouldn't call it a scam. Possible, but very unlikely. Although I do have a question to Awakened team and possibly a solution to the shipping issues; would it be possible for clients to pay for expedited shipping to mitigate the problem of the extensive wait? To the clients making the purchase though should be aware that products are fresh and natural which affects shipping as well, which raise your total exceedingly higher than it was, or simple just cannot be done due to what products/materials they are.
