"Over 3 months wait to see a healthcare person at all, NP or otherwise. OVER TWO MONTHS for video appointments, and they still reject my refills for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls... But as long as I "have an appointment" they will fill my prescription, even though it's over 3 months away, and I can use the whole requested refill before then. They don't care about you, and they're bad at taking your money to boot."

"I've been going to this office for years to see my Primary care doctor. I've had a handful of appointments with Gina. Most of them were mediocre (long waits and halfhearted answers to my medical questions). I usually try to see my Primary doctor (who is the best doctor I've had), but they are booked out several months. My latest experience was horrible. I drove 40mins to their office I ended up being 8-9mins late. When I arrived the receptionist made a big deal about me being late and called Gina. Gina told her she would not see me and required that I reschedule since I was 8-9mins late. As I already had to wait a week to see Gina and I had just driven 40 mins even though I know the kind of service I will get from her I am highly disappointed and will be looking elsewhere."
"I made an appointment 2 months ago to establish care and bring up some health concerns that have been affecting me for months. The day before my appointment, I get a voicemail that my appointment is changed to a video chat which I do not feel comfortable doing with the concerns I have. When I called to ask why it was changed, I was given no explanation, only that I could get an in-person appointment in May, 2 more months away. How could I make another appointment, take off work again, only to possibly have it last minute changed again, and not get to be seen. Now I’m back to square one."
