St Louis County Revenue Department

"I have been trying to call to ask just one simple question for multiple days now. I have been on hold for an insane amount of time every day I’ve tried to call. I end up hanging up because the hold time is outrageous. So my question is still not answered. I used to live in Jefferson County and tried calling them to ask my question and they had me on hold for about 1 minute and then answered my call. Unfortunately Jefferson County was unable to help me and i do have to get in contact with St. Louis County. Well I’d love to if they would answer their phones!!! Not good customer service."

"I called to speak to someone regarding a vehicle I no longer own, the woman I spoke to had a rude and Unprofessional attitude. It's a shame these are the people we have to deal with while taking care of business. Smh"

"I paid a visit to the Revenue Department to pay my personal property tax. The South County office, on 4546 Lemay Ferry Rd, is a well-oiled machine. I was allowed to use my smart phone to sign in and get a place in line. Once inside, I was greeted by courteous and knowledgeable employees. The whole process of paying my motor vehicle tax took perhaps 10 or 15 minutes. This is really good service."

"The older lady with oxygen is so rude, disrespectful and does not even care to try to understand people. Im not even sure how she still has a job with such a hate people and hate life attitude. She was not listening to my daughter as she was answering all of her questions. She kept questioning and confusing her with such a rude tone and caused her to cry. Thankfully the other staff jumped in and told her to not upset people. So she stormed off telling her co-workers to handle it. Very immature. Very disrespectful to her co-workers as well."
