"To be honest, I will recommend nobody EVER has to go here if it can be avoided. I hold myself to high standard of respectfulness and politeness. Nobody wants to stand in line on their day off but I can still be pleasant when I’m waiting for close to an hour. Was told they called me 25 minutes ago to which I never saw/heard. Things happen, so I jump back in line waiting patiently. If that would’ve been the worst part of my experience, no need for a review. Finally get called and greet my slightly older lady to which immediately is just beyond rude. BEYOND. I try and help with my paperwork and what I have and she is put off by my multiple addresses. “First you tell me you lived here, now you’re saying something else!” Of course in the rudest tone. While beginning to shake her head back and forth. Proceeds to tell me “so you never lived in blank” which was the city on my license. “You better hope you never get pulled over!” I also tried to calm the situation and apologize that Ive never had to come and do this before. And just continues shaking her head back and forth. The experience was one I’ll never forget. In 32 years of my life, I can tell you she’s got to be one of the WORST people I’ve interacted with. I pray her children don’t have to put up with people like herself while they’re trying to get their life in order. I wish she had had a name badge on so I could tell people to avoid her at all costs."
