City of Clayton Municipal Court

"Building was clean. Cops were great. Everything was above and beyond except the old white lady that passed judgement on my case. I was really in danger with proof and she could care less because I'm not white. She doesn't need to serve. Everything else was 5stars."

"Got a ticket for being parked during restricted hours when there were no signs posted anywhere near my car. The people who give out these tickets are out of line trying to rip people off. I also knew someone else in the neighborhood who got a ticket for parking in another area nearby that didn't have signs posted either. If there are some hidden parking restrictions that we don't know about then I don't know what to do other than avoid Clayton all together if I can't park anywhere without getting a fine."

"The least they could do is answer the phone and be helpful. Couldn't appear at court for a speeding ticket, where I wasnt speeding, and couldn't even get ahold of anyone"

"this office is atrocious. I spoke with the same african american clerk by the name of sherline. who when asked simple information about how to fulfill my community service, subjected my secretary to very disrespectful discourse about how I was already given the information and why didnt I keep up with it when it was given to me. She then proceeded to advise my office, that clayton would check behind my certificate of completion to make sure that I did in fact complete the requirements. As if the certificate could not be trusted or I would do something janky with the certificate. The judge who ordered the community service did not even have the nerve to give me such an admonitionment!!!! how dare some clerk with a probably 8th grade education take it upon herself to suggest such a thing. This poor excuse needs to be fired. but rest assured, ill be taking it up with the judge when i submit my certificate."

"These are thee WORST place to deal specificly if you call and get the older African American black lady who won't lift a finger to help or at least help in telling you anything! Even if it's your own child! She's a complete utter joke in my opinion. Might as well had an automated system since she doesn't do anything! God don't like ugly and this lady is just the true meaning of it! Her whole crappy attitude, like you just interrupted her from probably doing nothing anyways! She cared less if you lose your job and or even home! Some folks just aren't raised right and show no compassion. Just pure laziness considering she couldnt even get a persons name right! SMH. Word of advise to those who read these reviews YOULL HAVE NO HELP OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER IF YOU CALK AND FET THIS OLD CRABBY HOOT!"
