"The attendants are nice and facility is well kept but we had a couple issues. We had to use Signatures maintenance contractor, Onsite, to replenish O2 over the weekend. The signature desk workers said call 30 minutes prior on Sunday for service. However, when we called the on-site rep, he said it’s a 4 hour call ahead and minimum of 4 hour charge even though the work took 20 minutes. It took onsite 30 minutes to generate an invoice and signature another 40 minutes to attempt to charge and print the invoice. They were unsuccessful so we left and they said they’ll email it to me. They never did, even though I called twice later that day."
