"For peace of mind, I decided to arrange my own funeral this year. In March, I met with the site manager and mailed a check. I was told I would receive paperwork in the mail. In June, I had not received anything and called to asked about progress. I was told papers would be sent “next week”. I still had not received anything, so I called back in July. Again, I was told papers would be sent “next week”. Repeated in August, same result. This week I put a stop payment on the check I wrote back in March and called the manager to let him know. I don't know exactly what's going on with this place, but based on the above experience, they seem lazy, incompetent, dishonest, or maybe all the above. Again, the main reason I decided to plan my own funeral was for peace of mind. In that regard, Beth Hamedrosh Hagodol cemetery failed completely. I have family members buried there. I pray for their souls. Buyer beware."
"Went to a family member funeral here. It was lovely place with well kept grounds."
