"Delta is my airline of choice! I have flown with others but for the last 8yrs I have not taken any non-delta flight, the reason is their staff and accommodations. Delta makes sure each guest feels comfortable and go the extra mile to insure thier slogan "vacation starts here" hits home everytime. The biggest difference is made by Delta recognizing thier employees efforts to be kind and genuine and rewarding them for those actions to encourage others in the Delta team to follow suit."

Another airline's lack of care, coordination, & customer service led to my wife & I missing our flight to a Caribbean island this morning. While Liz couldn't get us to the island today, she was able to get us booked for tomorrow. Liz was kind, caring, empathetic, & diligent in taking care of us.
