"Frontier Airlines is a joke. They charge you for everything and get a kickback if your bags weigh more or do not fit inside their containers. If your items are over you have to pay a non refundable ripoff fee. You must show your boarding pass on the app or otherwise you get charged an agent fee. In addition, their app is garbage. A two year old could have programmed a better functioning application. For some reason it kept giving me an error and wouldn't let me use my boarding pass, I had to call ahead of my trip to make sure I wouldn't get charged. The plane seats were uncomfortable and the windows on our flight named " armadillo" were smeary with greasy fingerprints. Want in flight snacks? Forgot about it. $4.99 for a can of soda. The only thing that was nice about our flight was that it was not crowded and our assigned seats were taken by some clueless idiots so we got to choose our own seats within the same price range. I would gladly pay more for a flight with greater service. Unfortunately this was the only airline that was flying to our location"

"Absolutely terrible experience flying with Frontier this summer. All of my flights have either been delayed or cancelled. They blamed the cancellation on “weather,” but the weather at both my current location and my destination is blue skies and sunny. However, because they blamed it on weather, they’re not required to compensate us in any way. Long story short, yes the price is tempting, but if you take in to account additional food/lodging/transport costs as well as time lost and headaches endured, it’s just not worth it to fly with Frontier."

"Your flight might be cheap but you will get charged for sneezing. I can't believe I couldn't even get water without being charged $4.69. Then they try to push their credit card on you. It has an $89 annual fee. What a joke. No thanks"

"Frontier…. SMH!! Worst airline experience I have EVER had! We booked a vacation through a travel agent, when we realized Frontier was our airline, it was too late to change. We have had bad experiences in the past with them. Once again, they disappointed! We purchased a “bundle” for another $495.00 on top of our airline tickets. When we arrived to the airport, we spent another $200.00 because or bundle did not include a checked bag! We could have flown another airline, first class, round trip for what we paid for our flight with frontier! We then sat on the plane for an hour and fifteen minutes before take off. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable and did not recline. The flight attendants were rude and definitely not well trained! We will avoid Frontier at all costs in the future!"

"It all worked out for the better and the flight was cheap . The service was horrible and both of my flights to and from PHX Arizona. They had a 6 hour layover which caused me to miss my rental car . When I asked the supervisor how to take care of it he basically told me I was screwed. I had to find my own way to the shuttle stop and wait for 2 hours until they opened. I finally got to them and they wouldn't let me use my card for my deposit. I ended up having to use the emergency credit card that I luckily had. It was a cheap flight but they screw you every other way. The whole ordeal was a hassle and I was becoming very perturbed, and I am mostly very patient. Luckily the guy in front of me was not nice and had a few choices of words for them and got in their face about it , and that seemed to work better than being polite , because we were on the same flight and had the same issue only I was patient and he wasn't , so if you fly for these people do not let them shrug you off. Get loud and make an issue about it ... Because that's apparently the only thing that gets through their thick skulls .I did receive a $75 voucher for a future flight which I don't know how that will work or when I will be able to use it so we'll see how that goes and maybe I can update the review and let it go a little better but as for now I wouldn't recommend this unless you were just broke and it's your only option."
