Advanced Eye Care of Winfield

"I made appointment to to see the eye Dr for exam and prescription glasses. All went well and was told to pick up the prescription glasses when they called me. About 6 days later they called and said they were ready to pick up. When I got there they couldn't find my glasses. They said come back tomorrow. I left and about 10 minutes later they called and said they found my glasses. So I turned around and drove back to A.E.C and picked up my glasses. I struggled for several weeks trying to adjust to my new glasses. I was not getting adjusted no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do it. There was never a follow up call from them. I finally brought the glasses back in. They looked at the glasses and said it wasn't even my prescription. So now I'm back to wearing my readers for $12.00. I haven't heard back from them. I'm sorry, the receptionist was apologizing and was so sweet. It's been 4 days and no word if they ever found my glasses. Very dis appointing. I will update if I hear back.from them."
