"Worst experience I’ve had with a physician. I moved here not long ago from Arkansas simply wanted to build a rapport with a physician and have my medications transferred that I’ve been on for 9 years. They didn’t listen to my needs simply wanted to start their own plan. It wasn’t until I went home that I found out the dr had changed my medications thankfully I didn’t fill them or I would be in the ER. Do not recommend."

"This is the LEAST compassionate medical office that I have ever been to. They act like everything is an inconvenience to them rather than acknowledging your concerns and addressing them professionally. The last time I had a visit, the reason for my visit was brushed over; I was sent for some routine tests and never followed up with about results/next steps. Fast forward to a completely different appointment, and I am greeted once again by the clinical staff with pure attitude. no recommendation/advice/ willingness to make note or reach out to doctor. I highly recommend taking your care to someone who will CARE, be knowledgeable and compassionate regarding your health."

"This office is a absolute joke. First off there address does not come up correctly in Google maps. So if you can't find them your pretty much out of luck. You would assume if you called there office number someone would pick up. Nope they sure don't. Let's say you finally find the place and you are not even 15min late. Good luck trying. They know of the GPS issue and there excuse for not awnsering the phones is that there calls get transferred to Troy."

"I went in to see Kelly Schokmiller about a particular issue. She could not get over the fact that I was using a wheelchair and totally dismissed my concerns about what I actually came in for. She put me down repeatedly for using a wheelchair, gaslight me, and insinuated that I was some rich lady who just loves to pretend to be sick for fun. If that is Kelly's attitude and how she treats her patients she should not be in practice."
