"He accused my husband (who's a soldier, mind you) of selling his ADHD medication because it didn't show up on a drug test. One they made him take BEFORE he could even get his medication refilled and he had been out for weeks at this point. They've been constantly screwing him around on his medication refills for the last year. There have been several times it was denied and he's had to jump through hoops for it. Now Dr. Luc stopped approving his refills, yet AGAIN. We're finding a new doctor for him and I suggest no one else go to him unless you like being accused of horrible, life ruining things, too!"
"Went here because I needed a new doctor and couldnt have been more disappointed. Aggressively pushes medication or methods without discussing alternatives - basically says you "must" do it, when a couple times, there was a better way. More importantly, i was lied to. He said repeatedly that he would sign my LOA paperwork and he did not, and I only took the LOA because he said he would do that to help me recover. I took the LOA, and he never signed the paperwork costing me quite a bit as well as a lot of stress. Doctors are personal and as much as I wanted to trust this office, they seemed to care more about the medical system process, rather than genuinely caring for my health. Im a person, not a project. If clients are viewed as income instead of someone who needs help, Im going somewhere else."
"I have no problems with this place. It's great ! It's this Dr. Just took me years to get the right treatment and then I go to establish a primary care Dr. N he took my meds to control spasms in esophagus. After it took me a d three Drs to get the right medication. And he played God. N took.oy away. I'm 60.and I know what works fory body n health. Not him was t listening to my concerns about this treat of talking me off a medication that has been pain staking. Tras n pain. I went through to get the relief. I needed. And I got it. ..put on this med and he decided hes God. Tell me what's best for me "
"I was forced to look for a new family practitioner after my doctor retired. This man is a REAL Doctor who cares about his Patients. He made it a point on a late Friday night to contact me with my x-ray results. A Holiday weekend when he WASN’T on call even. I’m very happy to have him as my Physician. He and his entire staff of Nurses are true Professionals! Keep up the good work!"
"I had to go to the walk-in clinic because the doctor took a “wait and see” approach. I can not talk without devolving into a loud coughing spell, which leads to gasping for air. I scare people when I’m trying to talk. I was rightfully scolded for missing my blood pressure medicine over the course of the month. I am a workaholic and tend to neglect myself. If the doctor was not interested in being my primary, I understand, but I have a legitimate health issue that is affecting all aspects of my life. I know when I’m being blown off."
