"Dr. Cummings has been our one son's/grandsons Dr. for 7 or 8 years. Our other son/grandson's for around 2 year's. We think very highly of her as a Dr. and as a person. Dr. Cummings always gives us the time we need and actually listens to our opinions and thoughts. She has very good advice, we highly respect her opinions. Our family hopes she knows how very appreciated she is by us."
"Doctor Cummings was my psychiatrist for over 4 years. I have never in my life had to deal with someone who cared so little about how they treat their patients. It would take weeks and multiple reminders for her to sign off on my scripts. One employee told me “It’s like pulling teeth trying to get her to sign off on scripts, there’s a stack she needs to do that’s been there for over a week, I’ve reminded her but she gets upset when I do”. After attempting suicide, I had an appointment scheduled for 3 months out. She canceled that appointment to go on vacation, it was rescheduled for 3 months after my original date, meaning I waited almost 7 months after attempting suicide to be prescribed medication. Appointments with her were always very cold and uncomfortable. On many occasions I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen, and she would never apologize. However, she has a rule that if you’re 10 minutes late she will not see you. During my last appointment with her I tried to mention these things in a very polite way. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence, she then stood up and left the room while I was still in there and closed the door behind her. I was left alone in her office having a panic attack. I filed a complaint, but I do not know if she actually got reprimanded. In conclusion, your psychiatrist is the last person who should give you anxiety and make you cry. If you want someone who cares about you, don’t go to Dr. Shvon Cummings. If you’re reading this right now miss Cummings, shame on you. Do a better job or quit. Your attitude is appalling, and you don’t deserve the ridiculous amount of money you get paid. I truly from the bottom of my heart hope no patient ever has to deal with you again."
