"You have to be a member of the lake St Louis community association to be able to use the pavilion at Jefferson pointe. That being said it is a very nice community asset. It's used by many people pontooners ski club individuals who rent it etc"
"Lake St Louis rents out the facility, but your guest cant get in cause they dont have a card for the gate....and they cant keep the gate open. Poor logistics, poor planning."
"Great view of the lake and the grounds were very clean. Great place to take your family for a picnic."
"I went to an event here that was open to the public and was able to park for free. There was a ski exhibition with a couple of jumps and a lot of pyramids. One boat pulling 24 talented skiers. It was fun to watch with an awesome food truck. This area and parking lot are normally open to just the residents of the community only."
