"Super sad a friend of mine lost everything important to her and discovered it all gone this past week. When they showed up the lock was cut and laying on the ground in front of their unit. Looks like several unhappy reviews for stolen items when i looked for myself. This is not somewhere i would feel comfortable using if I needed a storage unit in the area."
"Most units are infested with bugs AND I along with several others are building a case against this business. 60 break ins in 2022 with ZERO effort to reach out to their tenants. We’re thinking it’s the workers or owners themselves. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Be warned"
"Mold, mold, mold. Our unit was near the back and we had had our items in it since March. When we went to our unit to retrieve some items in Sept after having been there multiple times, we found mold on all our items that were stored from the waist down. It was thick and in several places black. It took a day to clean and move our items. Beware of moisture in these units. We have several big items like furniture that we will need to pitch. The bright spot is that Krista does work quickly to help you secure a unit. I hope she will work to reimburse me for the rent for the month I did not get to use and it ruined my stuff!"
