"Over two hours and thirty min wait time. Then to be told I clicked the wrong thing in the system (I clicked the new prescription) and was told I was fine I just need to wait a bit more. I asked do I need a new ticket and was told no. Then thirty minutes later told I was supposed to get a new ticket to wait a couple of more hours. Terrible communication, wait times, and lady at window four was rude when I was trying to get it verified that we just needed to wait a bit more. So I ripped up the ticket and just called to get the prescription to get sent anywhere else."
