"Brought in my own stone and ask for it to be engraved. Turned out great. Had to wait a little on issues with machines, but got when I needed it. Great people to work with. Would go there again if needing engraving."
"If I could post with no stars, this business would have none but it will not let you. I would NEVER buy another headstone from them. Ordered a headstone February of 2023 and still not on the grave. Have called numerous times and talked to the owner and secretary, always an excuse that it is not on the grave yet. It is a year now and still sitting waiting to be delivered. Will not refund my money so I am stuck constantly calling for help when none comes, just excuses. Had no problem taking payment in full that day but they won't refund my money, but won't install. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Ordered from Wentzville location, she is no help, but calling main St Louis office not helping either. Next call BBB"
"The people are very friendly, but the service has not been very pleasing. Ordered a headstone May 2023 & still waiting for it. Been told so many different things. This is SAD ! :( Really didn't want a star marked. I will post if we ever get our parents headstone."
"If you want to honor your loved ones while you're still alive, stay away from here. We purchased my grandparents' headstone in October and have had zero progress. Yes, we understand pandemic-related difficulties and weather delays, but this company is a joke. They promised that just the base would go in this past week (Mid-May) and NOTHING has been done. It's supposed to rain again next week, so now how much longer will it be?"

The stone turned out better than I could have even imagined and they had it completed sooner than expected and worked with the cemetery on placement. I would recommend them to anyone needing a gravestone for their loved one."
