"I would NEVER use this company again. They keep promising and almost 9 months later they still have not shipped our chairs. Terrible customer service and they give you an attitude when you start demanding answers. They have been paid in full, but still nothing has been delivered."

"An absolutely horrible company. We ordered chairs in September of 2023 and as of July 2024 we still have not received our chairs. This company is dishonest and greedy. Do not use this company. We have had to threaten a lawsuit in order to get our chairs."

"We paid in full for our 120 chairs in November 2022. In August 2023 after countless phone calls and emails we still had not received our chairs. After threatening lawsuits, trying to receive full refunds and contacting a lawyer, they amazingly got a chairs done out of nowhere even when they had told me the week before it would be months longer. But now there was a new problem… the shipping that we had paid for almost a year before now was way more and we would have to wait until they found a more reasonable shipping rate. I jumped on finding my own shipping company, and found one that was cheaper than the original rate they had charged us. We paid out of our own pocket to get the chairs sent to us, with a written agreement that they would reimburse us what we had originally paid for shipping. They still have not reimbursed us after more than 9 months. We finally received our chairs the end of September 2023, 10 months after we had ordered them. This company is deceitful, and greedy. Go with any other chair company. Call other chair companies in their area and they will not only save you money, but they will tell you the history of this company. I am posting this review to save other small churches, that do not have a lot of money, the stress and headaches that I went through dealing with this company. I am even willing to offer documentation showing what I went through if you will reach out to me through this review. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM."

"Do not be like me, and not read the reviews before doing business with this company. We purchased chairs from this company in January 2016 and today is late March 2016, and I still have not received my chairs. I talked with a sales lady named Alaina to inquire about my chairs and she hangs up on me. I then called right back to speak with a manager named Ashleigh to ask about my chairs and to explain about her employees behavior. She never apologizes nor did she seem to care. My experience with this compaNY was unpleasant."
