"My family and I have yet to have a good experience with The City of Wentzville…Customer Service is absolutely horrible, staff doesn’t communicate with each other. My Husband and I called and spoke with a clerk about irrigation permits and back-flow testing and was misinformed both times, which caused us to receive another threatening notice all because the lack of communication they have. Not at all pleased with the staff and it’s a must they do a better job of communicating with each other in regards to who called/sent notifications out to tax paying residents. Do better!!!"
"I left a message about our water smelling funny at 8:15 pm. I received a call back within 10 minutes. They were out to flush our hydrant at 8:45 pm. We are so thankful for their efficiency!"
"moronic city planning"
"Water could taste better, and we've had issues with trash a few times. They waited several years to properly drain our backyard, so it was like a swamp back there. Caused lots of shifting in our 4 unit condo building and the next. Idiot neighbors dump all their water in our yard too and city won't stop it. Now our basements have cracks, whole house creaks, and windows are bent."
