They were always ready to answer any questions or just to lend a sympathetic ear to listen to ones heartbreak. They were very knowledgeable about the steps a patient goes through and is right there with the family as much as they are needed. "I can’t thank the staff here enough! Every time I called to get help for my Mom during the last week of life I was met with the sweetest voice on the phone saying, “Yes, I understand. Ok, so go to your comfort kit.” It would be something amazing to help me get through a certain stage. After repeated phone calls, I realized that these people were seriously like my fairy godmother (true angels) of sorts, available to help me anytime I needed them, day/night. I joked that I needed this type of service for everyday in life, even outside of hospice care. Extra special thank you to Tailor & Mekelle (RN’s those last 2 days). I’ll never forget you and how you helped me through that stage. I am thanking you from the bottom of my heart. From me, my family and especially my Mom, who deserved that passing away peacefully ending. ❤️ Thank You!!"

"Our Aunt just passed, you can spend the nights, eat and drink in peace, the staff was unbelievably nice and extremely understanding and I fell in love with them all, my aunt went in peace and had around the clock help to keep her comfortable.
