"I was the very last person to enter on the day I went to this location. On my way there, I was expecting the worst! But to my surprise, it wasn't bad at all! The 2 employees that were still there at the counter were friendly & helpful! I got my document that I went for & left there very happy that I made it before they were closed! Thanks for helping me get it done y'all! I appreciate your good attitude & patience!"

"This office is very helpful. I was there once a week checking on my claim. I can say that they never snapped at me and were more than willing to assist me and anyone who came through the door. I had no issues with the staff. Thank you all for your patience."

"I wish I could rate this location a 0. They are absolutely useless. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing. I got told 2 different things from 2 different people. I spoke to the supervisor who was just as useless and sorry as hell. They couldn't pull up any concrete information. I will be filing a formal complaint or reporting their office. They never answer the phone no matter the calls or voice-mail but they claim they do. I went in there and they're all playing on their cellphones even the security guard. They need to be held accountable."

"Very unprofessional. I got approved for benefits in May it is now September. They never answer the phone. I have left several of voicemails and still haven't received a response. I called last week the end of August and finally reached someone he answered the phone laughing. I told him the reason for my call he wrote down the information.. that's what he say.. he said that he would give it to his supervisor because for some reason they have me down as filing for an appeal. I didn't file an appeal why would I do that when I've been approved? He had got an attitude with me when I asked him nicely could he please make sure she gets the note.. now I keep calling everyday and still haven't received a answer.."

"I call 3 different times and left messages for a return call, I never received one. Been waiting 5 weeks for unemployment and still have not gotten a dime. Just checked again and all of my approval info is gone and was replaced with I am eligible to apply for PAU in which I had already applied and was approved? And have the letters to prove it. I really need to speak with someone or they need to open to the public. This is outrageous"
