"I saw Dr. Burmeister today after a nasal injury about 2 weeks ago that’s been causing me excruciating facial and nasal pain and numbness (I was in the ED yesterday and told to f/u ASAP). He is the most gentle and kindest ENT I have ever met. His bedside manners were absolutely wonderful. He met me with grace and kindness as I reviewed my situation and basically cried about the degree of my continual pain and discomfort. He was thorough in his explanations of next steps, and what I would expect as I recover. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. I saw a whole bunch of kiddos in the waiting room and I’m certain he would be phenomenal treating kiddos too! Wonderful wonderful care from the entirety of the staff, from the moment I called in for follow-up, through the way I was greeted at the front desk and proceeded. Wonderful care!
