"This place don't care and for some dumb reason I kept going back. Thinking they was having a bad day. Oh no I been treated like worse then I've ever been in my life. The level of care if I could score 0, a million times over. I never had a doctor that just don't listen. Only hear themselves. I tried to stay calm as possible because. I was then told since you not happy here to find another Doctor. To keep from doing what's right they rather dismiss you. Nina and Dr.Kopp. refuse to understand my issues. The promise Dr.Kopp made as a doctor she truly failed. I only thought this was only on television, no I experienced it first hand. No level of care, no care, no empathy, terrible bedside manners. .need to be investigated. I no I'm not alone"

"I am new in the area and two friends recommended this practice. I am insured and Self pay deductibles and balances. I called and was told I would need to come in and fill out a form. I did so and had to select one of the four doctors. At the time I stated that I did not care. I would tale any of the four doctors. I was told I would be notified within two weeks. After two weeks. I called and left a message. I was told only that I was not accepted. I asked a reason but one was not given. I sent a follow up letter and again received no response. I actually felt like I’d failed a job interview! A professional practice should at least be that way. It was a waste of my time and patience."
