Trinity Regional Health System: Emergency Room

"Been here since 10:15 pm and it's 5:15. This is the slowest facility I have ever been in The crazy part is I feel as if I hand been completely forgotten and no one cares."

"2.5 hours and still waiting. 8 year old in severe pain and they treat 3 others that came in after him."

"If I could give a negative number, I would. Took wife in for a severe nose bleed situation and after a two hour wait (they were NOT busy), left and went elsewhere. And, I thought the DMV was slow...."

"Took my 16 month old with a probable broken wrist, the nurse was so rude throwing and stamping. I’ve never been treated like that before, she was mad because he was moving and she wasn’t able to stick something on his leg. Took as 3 hours to be seen, and another 2 hours to be treated. Not going there ever again"

"I took my 15month old son here because he cut his toe pretty deep. We waited in the lobby for an hour even after informing the receptionist there was a puddle of blood on the floor from my son's toe. I was told they are taking patients back based on how severe the case is and the few they took back were complaining about stomach pain and foot pain at no means am I saying my son is more important than these people but Id think a child with blood gushing out of his toe would be some what severe. Almost 3hrs in this E.R. my son left with 5 stitches. I informed my sons father we will never return to the moline campus"
