"I suppose I should read reviews more seriously. This was my second year coming to this clinic. My visit the first year was totally fine. Exam went well, staff is friendly, as they were this year too. But I have to say, they're absolutely unprepared for anything out of the norm and slip-ups, whether the fact it happened at all is even in their control in the first place. For this first part, maybe my view on how long an appointment should take is just skewed. But I made a 2:30p appt due to a work shift at 4p. I was just being brought up front for frames at 3:45. I wish I'd watched the clock better, but it was 3:15 when I entered the >final"
