"Very impersonal experience trying to reach a human. My calls are never returned. I needed a medication refilled and left multiple calls for a couple of weeks with no return call or refill sent. My pharmacy even tried multiple times to send requests with no result. I finally had to drive from Iowa City where I live and go to the office in person to get help. I am going to look for a better place who values me as a patient."
"This place is terrible. I waited 6 months for an appointment, finally was seen for my severe sleep apnea and they know I've suffered 2 heart attacks, just for them to tell me they wanna do a sleep study and I'll be put back on the waiting list. Three months later I'm told I was never put on the list at all. And to top it off the receptionist so rudely told me that me telling her my problem wasn't going to help me!"

"Horrible communication; no one ever answers the phone, nor do they return voice mails. Have been struggling with my machine for months and it's not the machine company that's causing delays, it's the Dr.'s office. Was told by Dr. at appointment they would send a new Rx to machine company to adjust- both machine company and I have reached out and received no response since. Worried insurance won't pay for machine b/c I'm not complaint due to incorrect Rx settings on machine."
