"Me and my 4 children all see Dr. Davis. We have always been welcomed kindly. I'm not sure what the 1 star reviews are about. The front desk is amazing. I've never been turned down even when I was switching jobs and didn't have health insurance. 10/10 best family practice around."

"I'm never one to try and cause conflicts, but these negative reviews are basically just straight lies, written by angry people with nothing but malice and time on their hands. Dr. Davis and his staff are all kind, thoughtful, and good-natured. I have never once had a bad experience at their clinic, and I strongly recommend them."

"Have never seen let alone been introduced to the dr. arrived 15 mins early for appt. Receptionist was extremely rude to the point of me trying finding another dr while waiting in the waiting area but as some of you know medical card isnt very welcomed. After being rude to me I listened to her being overly friendly with everyone else obviously on purpose as that hasn't been the case in the past. Felt extremely uncomfortable in waiting area after the way she talked to me in front of everyone. She was extremely overwhelmed and obviously in need of more help but she assured me angrily that they don't. Then I sat down and said to my daughter we will find another dr after this visit. Waited 20 mins past appt time just for them to call us back to tell us they won't see her because I told her I was going to find another dr. Just wow. Had to leave work 2 hours early and drive 30 mins for this appt to be treated like complete dirt. Then they stopped her meds that day so she (a child) couldn't get her medicine! So unbelievable. I really can't put into words how disgusted I am as a Healthcare worker myself at this absolute discrimination and disrespect. Then I look at the reviews and see I'm not the only one. Do not and repeat do not give this place your money."

"I am reading the reviews for Dr. Davis and his staff and I am in complete disagreement with the negative comments about the staff. Samantha that answers the phone and is at reception, is not only pleasant on the phone, but in person too. She remembers who you are and listens to what you are saying and does what she can with her resources. Dr. Davis is great, he takes his time to listen, and lets me partake in decisions regarding my treatment to whatever is ailing me. He has never brushed my symptoms off in fact he goes above and beyond from my experience with other doctors. I have never felt unheard in this office. Does this office have areas that need improvement, absolutely, but I would rather be proactive in my health care then see some of the changes. You are your own advocate, but you still need to be respectful in order to get respect. I feel sorry for the staff when people call in pain and can't get answers, they can't help you if they don't have the information they need. I have been that person and can reflect on my own poor behavior in this situation, but I do apologize once I realize what I am doing or have done. I would recommend this office to anyone for care from Dr. Davis, he is very intelligent and you can tell this is a passion, and not a paycheck."

"Very rude receptionist assistance and doctors. Their bedside manner sucks and I believe they think they are God's gift to anybody their servicing and that the patients should bow at their feet. They choose to leave you in pain Knowing they have the solution to get you out of pain they still choose not to help you get out of pain. That's unfair not just to me but to every patient they choose to leave in pain. They choose to do nothing. They don't listen very well and they dismiss what the patient is saying because they didn't hear with compassion they're definitely missing compassion in that office. They're too quick to dismiss what the patient is feeling because they have technical information that really is not very useful. I was diagnosed based on what the doctor had seen in the previous weeks she didn't listen to me and now the problem is worse. It's okay though I found a way better doctor in the Trinity health system. My new doctor listened to like a champ we talked for over an hour and he thanked me for that communication. He heard what I was saying with compassion and addressed every issue. Unlike the doctors at quad City family physicians."
