"I arrived at 638 AM for lab work. There were 10 ppl waiting and 5 more in line. Only one receptionist and two lab techs. I asked how long the wait was from two staffers and both told me non-answers. I told the receptionist I needed to get to work and asked if the wait will be over twenty minutes, she answered more. Two ppl walked out while I was there. I walked out too."

"I seen my last review got deleted so let me go into a little more depth. My baby was born premature with a growth disorder and I selected doctor shahada or whatever (I like to call her doctor shalulu after this I’m sure you’ll understand why) I advocated my child to be on breast milk, after they were born I was told formula only or my child would be put in the nicu for dehydration. After a month of asking to switch because my supply was shortening up dispite pumping she refused. My baby started spitting up half a bottle each feeding and screaming In discomfort, I called her and she said the benefits of the formula outweighed the spit up. My child was in agony for 2 days when I called community health center and explained what happened, they had a 2 month wait but said it was urgent my baby be seen for the excessive spit up and pain. His NEW doctor was so confused on the thinking behind doctor shalulu and even APOLOGIZED that we had to deal with this for 2 months. Not only this big deal but my first appointment with the insane thinking lady her nurse told me she felt bad that I had to put up with how cautious my fiancé was being with a child under 5 pounds swimming in preemie clothes as well as doctor shalulu questioning how I take care of my child everytime I seen her like she didn’t believe I was feeding my child because they weren’t gaining weight like normal but yet ignored how the spit up concerned me. No duh they’re not gaining weight they aren’t getting at least half a bottle digested I have never been so disrespected and my child is still having digestive issues from the damage of that formula! So now I’m struggling to get my breast milk coming in, sleepless nights with a upset baby, and lots of fury in this mama bear. You can delete my reviews to protect your image but it will not protect you from a malpractice lawsuit if I find out you messed up my child permanently."

"Was able to find a new internal medicine physician. Nice and clean. & Genesis has a new app to manage your medical records with."

"Staff is very slow. Brought my son here at 12:15. Sat in waiting room for 45 to 50 minutes. Then got called back. Staff took vitals, put us in a room, talked to us about why we are here. As of 1:45 still waiting to see the doctor . They only do walk it's. Had to go ask someone is they forgot about us. Finally at 2pm the doctor comes in. Good service but need to work faster."

"Very beautiful, updated building, plenty of parking. It's also very busy. Constant line at all times. We were able to get into a patient room after about 10-15min and another 10min before seeing the Dr. I wish the wait time was lower, as we had to do blood work, and that alone was another 30min wait time. They had many options for appointment, but soonest was about 2 weeks out unless its urgent, or someone cancels last minute. They do offer Tele health, so perhaps appointments could be faster in the future."
