"I have the worst mail carrier ever! He flys down my driveway at 40mph, gives me everyone’s mail but my own. I put mail in my box this morning at 6:30 am it’s now 5:11 pm and it’s still in my box. So no mail delivery or pick up again. As for parcels, if they don’t fit he just shoves them in and makes it impossible to get them out. This mail carrier needs to be removed immediately. If I could give less than one star I would"

"Our delivery person is the most lazy individual I ever met. I've asked for fragile packages to be left on the porch instead of shoved in the mail box and this person will FORCE oversized packages to fit in my box. Today I found a light I ordered on the ground in front of the mail box IN THE RAIN because they were too lazy to take it down the driveway and place it on the porch. Luckily the contents are ok because the box practically disintegrated when I went to open it. This has been going on for months. Someone needs to get fired. And I can't even call to report them because I keep getting the run around from the automated service when I call."

"Frustrated beyond words right now. What is the purpose of having a "self-service" post office if there is no way to purchase stamps at this location? Even the signage on the wall indicates to purchase stamps from the non-existing vending machine. Super helpful staff will absolutely NOT help someone with purchasing stamps during their precious lunch hour. They will also mock you for having the audacity to expect assistance during their lunch hour. They will also not answer the phone - ever. I intend to voice my complaints about this location over and over until someone hears me. Don't use this post office unless you absolutely have to - they have no interest in helping customers."

"I would give less than one star...We are always getting our neighbor's mail or getting mail stuffed in our mailbox. Yesterday's delivery (9/4/19) is unacceptable!!! The box was so crammed in my mailbox, that I had to cut it out!!! Update: I received a letter a couple of days ago (what I think is rather late getting here - approx. 10 days, from Cole Camp, MO) and the envelope was opened at the top and one side (like a letter opener did it)! And a staple was used to "close" it back up!! So, did the letter go to someone else and they opened it up or did the post office??"

"Awesome mail carrier, Sandy, and post office staff. Very nice and helpful, just moved to Wright City from Foristell and I now have such a great appreciation for the USPS in Foristell, I didn’t know I had it so good."
