"My experience with Dr. Kizzier was absolutely terrible, not only was I mislead in multiple medical issue, I would be told she would not prescribe me a medication only to have her prescribe me it on my next visit and say I need it. When I transferred to a different primary, I had to try multiple times to get my medical records and they still were not up to date. Leaving me with issues getting my medications with my next primary as my chart was years behind my up to date medical history. I do not recommend her, ever visit felt fake and forced and I always left those visits feeling upset and unheard about my needs."
"Dr. Kizzier and the Family Medicine physicians have taken care of our children for the last two years. All of our children go to the office and it doesn't matter who they see, we know they are getting the best care."
"My wife has been seeing Dr. Jacobitz-Kizzier for the past 3 years under Women's Health. She has had multiple visits, which did not meet patient needs and standardization of care. The most recent visit was scheduled after she was extremely ill for several weeks. She was scheduled for a tele-health visit for earlier in the afternoon, which was canceled unexpectedly. Due to her condition, I made it a priority to leave work and bring her as she was severely ill at this point. When we arrived at the office, there were no other patients in the waiting room. We only interacted with the nurse that took my wife's vitals. We waited for 45 minutes following the scheduled appointment before Dr. Kizzier entered the room, even though there was no person present. As a result of Dr. Kizzier's late arrival, she was not able to properly diagnose my wife and referred her to Urgent Care. We left her office and went to Urgent Care immediately. The diagnosis and care completely counteracted Dr. Kizzier's. Urgent Care determined possible illness and causes. I would hesitate to send a family member to Dr. Kizzier, who knowingly denied duty of care and the access to treatment."
