Many times they were aware of how I was living and the things that I was doing not once did they love me less or treat me any different! they truly show the love of Christ that same love that Jesus showed the woman that was caught in adultery and he said I will not accuse you but loved her exactly where she was and that unconditional love motivated a willingness to change what she was doing.
