"CARROLLTON MANOR SHOULD HAVE THEIR DOORS CLOSED FOREVER!!!! THIS HELL HOLE MIS TREATED MY FAMILY MEMBER TO THE POINT THAT HER MONTHS OF LIFE WERE SPENT IN UNBEARABLE PAIN!!!!!! THE END RESULT WAS A BODY LEFT RIDDLED WITH BEDSORES THAT WERE ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE AND SHE WAS STARVED TO THE POINT THAT SHE WEIGHED LESS THAN 80LBS. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS HELL HOLE!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU JUST WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOU TO TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THEN THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ALL THE WHILE YOUR PETS ARE GETTING BETTER CARE AT THE LOCAL VET THEN YOUR LOVED ONES"

"First time there and I had 7 to 8 get ups in the morning. 18 patients plus patients are on 3 different halls.This some back breaking work here no lie. Out of the 18 patients it's 2 independent ppl which was good. Crank beds old school labor, electric beds in 2 rooms only. No restroom to use since the doors were locked by administrative office."

"Horrible place. Administrators and staff do not care about the patients. My grandfather was here for 4 months and they did not care for him properly, his small sore turned into a bed sore the size of a baseball, they didn’t feed him or give him liquids regularly, he got multiple utis, and was hospitalized twice because of their negligence. He died because of this place in March!"

"I moved to Ga.years ago and started working here as an STNA and my experience at this facility was awful. Never any clean linens to wash/dry our residents and I worked the a.m. shift so why no linen? The owner was mean as a snake. My co-workers were on edge, exhausted, and miserable working under most of the upper management. This facility owner is only about the $ and if she did not like a resident it was very obvious to everyone. I wish I could rate this with ZERO stars. I know that housing and medical expenses are far too high but please research the places you put your loved ones in. Make several visits without notice and talk to your CNA's too see if they'd want to put their families here or be one themselves?"

"I have a family member up there right now that has been there for over 16 hours and NOT ONE doctor or nurse have came to see about her. She had been placed in a room, they took her personal blanket as well as her personal house slippers. I would like to know what the heating source is here because a couple people made complaints about how cold it was in the building. My grandmother deserves to be treated with any and all respect and she deserves the BEST care as well as all the LOVE in the world that can be given. She was brought in with dysentery on here bottom and sat with it on her until 9 a.m this morning. That is an entire 15 hours!! Their reason for this was because she had previously been a COVID patient but was tested 2 times prior to leaving the hospital to insure safety of all their staff with NEGATIVE results!! COME ON PEOPLE!! This is suppose to be a professional place with highly educated doctors and nurses WITH degrees. Is it really?"
