"Front desk employees should have customer service classes. Rude. Lacks common sense and empathy. I will never go back or try. Tried to call and speak to office manger and got told no one would speak to me after they called police and wasted time over someone being ten mins late on a school morning, after making it a point I would be late when I made the appointment. Very unprofessional office. Don’t know about the medical staff cause I never made it past the office staff."
