"I brought my son to see her for an adjustment due to a previous injury. Although she is clearly competent at her chiropractic ability, she spent most of the visit pushing for me to sign him up for massage treatments after I had said I had a person already. She told my son that she would give him exercises to do and never gave him any. When we first arrived, although she wore a mask, she brushed aside virus safety concerns by shaking my child's hand. When I refused to shake hers she said, "that's right, you're worried about covid," as if it's not worth worrying about. (My neighbor is currently fighting for his life due to the virus.) On our way out, instead of seeing that he get info on exercises as she'd promised, she told the receptionist to bring him in to see her again right away, although my son is in no pain. She clearly is more invested in earning money than client safety and healing."
