She could have simply advised me to “go online” to make the arrangement, but when I asked if she could help me navigate that effort, she didn’t hesitate at all. "I went in for a upgrade. They offered me a new plan that was just as good if not a little cheaper and I also would get $850 credit for a new phone. Well, I got the free phone w/ the credit but I'm paying 50 more dollars a month on the new 5 G military plus plan. At no point during our conversation did she say we'd be paying 50$ extra dollars a month. Went back to the store 3 weeks later to see what we could do to get this fixed and spoke to the manager. Their solution was call customer service, nothing we can do here."
