"Absolutely atrocious. I live in a neighborhood where the xX crossing blocks it. Been waiting on a STILL train for more than an hour, then another SLOW SLOW Train. Absolutely ridiculous. I grew up next to train tracks, I’ve never EVER had to wait this long. You should be ashamed. My dog needs her meds, I need my meds, i worked 12 hours and want to rest, and you’re hold up so many other people. Other people have things to do. SHAME ON YOU! fix the issue or replace your equipment and people. I wish I could give you zero stars and to be able to verbally tell you how awful it is. Do you have a solution? Because it’s not a new occurrence. Update 02/16/2024. Still sucks."

"2nd time in a week that I have been held up for more than 20 minutes. This is dangerous to hold people up so long. Law says only 15 minutes is legal. Move your trains faster!!!"

"If I could give these inconsiderate jerks a negative star I would. Once again my family is being held hostage and wasting our live watching this train stay parked for 45 minutes (so far) with operator's walking around doing nothing. Who decides that these guys can bring an entire community to a hault during the busiest parts of the day? CSX has robbed the people of Graysville GA of countless hours because inconsiderate imbeciles can't make or stick to a proper schedule. The railroad and the state need to come to grips with the fact that live in 2018 not 1978. They need to change with the times and realize THOUSANDS of people are effected by this kind of horrible, ignorant and preposterous treatment. CSX SUCKS!!!!!!"

"The train is always stopped at the most inconvenient times. Like 7:00 in the morning when people are trying to go to school and work. They will be stopped there for 45 minutes to 2 hours. I am currently waiting at the Graysville crossing in north Georgia where we have been sitting for 45 minutes and it has clearly been here way before that. This would be very inconvenient for fire rescue if there was an emergency on the Georgia north side of the tracks. The train should be moved in no more than 20 minutes or other arrangements should be made in the case of an emergency. For example we would not have lost one of hamilton county’s finest police officers if it were not for the obstacle of the train. Please build a bridge. Pass the legislation. Our family has been waiting for 20 years."
